  Booked a van online ...went in store to ask a few questions ....nobody behind the counter even aknowledged me ...went home and cancelled my booking as staff seemed more imterested in chatting about last nights tv than dealing with customers

  Well where do you start made a booking for 6pm via RAC who where super helpful thanks Teresa, got to Europcar at 6 as arranged to be told Your too late even though you booked car for 6 you have be 30 mins earlier.
  Anyway we're going now as we've no more bookings !! I was left stranded 50 miles from home .
