  Please may I thank you most sincerely for your ‘beyond the call of duty’ assistance and advice with regard to the house clearance of my son’s house today, you were just wonderful!
  As I mentioned, we had only been given a few days’ notice that my son’s house sale would complete this week and we had just 48 hours to clear the house of furniture by Thursday, not easy at any time but especially hard with this being the week before Christmas of all weeks! Despite your obviously pressurised timetable you still found the time to respond to my call and most importantly your manner was professional, supportive and understanding, you really did help in my time of need.
  I am posting a donation to the BHF and will commend your service to them.
