  I haven't yet received my item due to the courier's absolute cock up! but i would maybe suggest have other couriers listed so people can choose which one suits them best in the area that they live in, I personally find yodel the best where i live as DPD are a bit unacknowledged especially when they tried to deliver my parcel to my poxy shed! which they wouldn't have seen 1st had they not taken a short cut through a neighbours garden which i find is very rude and lazy on their behalf! I needed my item when it was due to be delivered but no thanks to their screw up i now have to wait till Monday!!
  
  Horzehood company is great and very efficient but i think other postage/courier options would be nice to have.
