  We've not yet used this solicitor for a property purchase, however we've used them twice for independent legal advice required to secure lending. This is a frustrating requirement of some lenders that is notoriously difficult to find a solicitor that will assist with it. This company, and Michelle in particular, have made this completely hassle free and have been a pleasure to work with. All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

  If you are buying a house, DO NOT USE these people!
  
  This was supposed to be easy, my mother's former colleagues helping her son out with his first house.
  
  They are not responsive in any way to both you and your estate agent.
  
  They delay everything - was waiting months for searches to which they put it down to an admin error on Tameside council - I rang up Tameside council and this wasn't the case.
  
  On two occasions - forms were filled out incorrectly and had to be sent back delaying everything.
  
  The way they spoke to me and my parents was a disgrace!
  
  They wait until the last minute to complete and then hold you to ransom with your fees.
  
  A bunch of cowboys - surprised they haven't been on watchdog or something like that - they will cause you unwanted stress at an already stressful time!
